| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sujana Towers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2014, has considered and approved the following :
1. Resolution under Section 62(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, to issue 1,09,26,052 (One Crore Nine Lakhs Twenty Six Thousand and Fifty Two only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 27.50/- per share (includes premium of Rs. 17.50/- per share) to Promoters, in compliance with the terms and conditions of CDR package, subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
2. Draft notice of the Postal Ballot to obtain approval from the members of the Company in respect of resolution for further issue of shares to Promoters. |
