We hereby submit that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 7th December'2017, inter-alia to consider and take on record/ approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended 30th September'2017, (Ref: CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 5,2016) subject to Limited Review Report dated 07/12/2017 issued by Statutory Auditors M/s. V. Goyal & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
The said Results along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors will be sent after the same is approved by the Board, in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations'2015.
Further, as per the 'Code of Conduct' adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations'2015, and as per the provisions of the Section 195 of the Companies Act'2013, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company which had been closed on 11th December'2017, shall continue to remain closed till 7th December'2017, for the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives.
