| Exchange Disseminated Time | TCI Finance Ltd has informed BSE that for allotment of shares to the shareholders of the transferor companies as per the scheme of amalgamation sanctioned by Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 02, 2003 have adjourned the meeting due to non-receipt of certified copy of the court order. The adjourned Board Meeting will be convened, for allotment of shares, soon after the receipt of the certified copy of the court order and filing the same with the office of ROC (A.P.).
