| Exchange Received Time 03/11/2017 12:20:26 Exchange Disseminated Time 03/11/2017 12:20:36 Time Taken 00:00:10 | Emerald Leisures Limited has informed BSE that the IPO Committee of the Company at their meeting held on Thursday,2nd November, 2017 at 5:00 P.M. has issued and allotted 3,50,000 Non-convertible, Non-cumulative, Redeemable Preference Shares ('NCRPS') of face value of Rs. 100/- each on private placement basis to the promoter/ promoter group, M/s. Juhu Resorts and Development Private Limited and Techno Broking and Financial Services Private Limited in equal proportionate basis (i.e. 1,75,000 NCRPS each).
The said Preference Shares are not proposed to be listed on any Stock Exchange.
In view of the above the issue and allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 31,45,31,000/- comprising of 19,53,100 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each and 29,50,000 NCRPS of face value of Rs. 100/- each to Rs. 34,95,31,000/- comprising of 19,53,100 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each and 33,00,000 NCRPS of face value of Rs. 100/- each. |
