After this acquisition, the shareholding of N.K. Proteins Ltd. in NKIL has been increased from 112957 Equity shares (representing 1.88% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 113157 quit shares (representing 1.88% of paid up capital of NKIL).
Moreover, the shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group has been increased from 3202543 Equity shares (representing 53.29% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 3202743 Equity share (representing 53.29% of paid up capital of NKIL). |
