1. Approved Audited Financial Results for the Quarter & Year ended December 31, 2017;
2. Recommended a Dividend of Rs. 17/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
The Dividend for the year December 31, 2017, if declare by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid within the time limit prescribed in the Companies Act, 2013.
