Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992 and the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading ('Code') of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from October 21, 2015 to November 02, 2015 for the designated employees of the Company and their relatives as defined under the Code. |
