| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/01/2016 17:37:54 | The Exchange had sought further update with respect to Hon'ble Court matter to be held on January 12, 2016 from Financial Technologies (India) Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Mint on October 01, 2015 titled "FTIL barred from issuing dividend".
Financial Technologies (India) Ltd replied stating "You will appreciate that the Company has already intimated to the stock exchanges and the 63,000+ shareholders on dividend matter.
As per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, the same is being complied with and once the outcome of the Notice of Motion comes out, the same will be informed immediately to you and the shareholders.
You will appreciate that it is not required as per Listing Regulations, to inform to the stock exchanges about the on-going matters at intermittent stage, where the Court decides the date of hearing without any outcome thereto.
Hence, we will intimate you once the final outcome of Notice of Motion is pronounced by the Hon'ble Judge of Bombay High Court." |
