| Exchange Disseminated Time | City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on March 12, 2016, to consider and declare interim dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Bank for the FY 2015-16.
In regard to the above, the trading window for dealing in Equity shares of the Bank shall remain closed from March 09, 2016 till March 15, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of Banks Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders. The trading window shall re-open for trading in securities from March 16, 2016. All concerned are requested not to trade / deal with the securities of the Bank during the period when trading window is closed. |
