- Appointed Mr. Avinash Vyas as an additional Director (Independent) on the board of the Company.
However, Agenda No. 5 of Notice of Board Meeting dated November 05, 2014 for appointment of Mr. T. Sitharthan as a Nominee Director, could not be taken up in this Board meeting and hence may be considered in the forthcoming Board Meeting. The same shall also be intimated (alongwith a detailed reason) to the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) which Company, shall be represented by Mr. T. Sitharthan on the board of the Company. |
