For the above purpose and pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (‘the Code’) adopted by the Company for prevention of insider trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from Friday, July 22, 2016 upto Thursday, August 04, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Friday, August 05, 2016.
