1. Revision in remuneration to Mr. Rasesh B. Kanakia, Chairman of the Company.
2. Revision in remuneration to Mr. Himanshu B. Kanakia, Managing Director of the Company.
3. Borrow money in excess of paid capital and free reserve of the Company up to Rs. 100 Crore.
4. Appointment of Mr. Dharmesh Zaveri, practicing company secretary as scrutinizer.
5. Draft Postal Ballot Notice pursuant to Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2011 for above said businesses. |
