LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Regn. No. 101248W/W-100022) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five years from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on July 30, 2017 till the completion of the Annual General meeting to be held in 2022, in place of M/s. Kalyaniwalla & Mistry, Chartered Accountants, the existing statutory auditors. Accordingly, the proposal for the above appointment will be placed before the shareholders in the forthcoming AGM for their approval. This change is in compliance with the mandatory rotation of the auditors, as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. A brief profile of M/s BSR & Co. LLP, is enclosed.
