1. To consider, approve and take on record, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2017.
2. To recommend the Dividend, if any, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017.
3. To fix the date of Book Closure for Dividend purposes.
Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors/Officers and designated employees of the Company from May 23, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public, i.e. June 01, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
