| Exchange Disseminated Time | VST Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 20, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend final dividend if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, in terms of the Company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders”, adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 06, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016 to the public (both days inclusive). |
