| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ashika Credit Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 31, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the quarterly Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 along with Limited Review report thereon.
Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for the Insiders covered under the Company's "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Insiders 2015" would commence from 6:00 p.m. on July 20, 2015 and the trading window will open 48 hours after announcement of the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 to the Stock Exchanges. |
