1. Re-appointment of Internal Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 for the financial year 2015-16 as recommended by the Audit Committee.
2. Re-appointment of M/s. Nageswara Rao & Co., Cost Accountants, as Cost Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 148 of the Companies Act, 2013 for the financial year 2015-16 as recommended by the Audit Committee,
3. Appointment of Shri G. Srinivasa Raju, as Managing Director & Key Managerial Person of the Company (w.e.f. May 28, 2015) in place of Shri Y. Kamesh, whose term will expired on May 27, 2015. |
