| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/01/2016 15:33:36 | Magma Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to take on record and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone as well as Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges and in view of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015, the Trading Window under the Company's "Code of Conduct For Prohibition of Insider Trading (A Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders)" (Code) shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for the designated persons and their immediate relatives defined in the Code from January 30, 2016 to February 10, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
