This is further to our letter dated 14th March, 2017 informing the Exchanges about the Order issued by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) under Section 5 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986 to shut down plant operations at Haldia, West Bengal.
In this regard, we wish to now inform the Exchanges that the Company has received letter dated 6th July, 2017 from CPCB revoking their earlier order and permitting the Company to resume the operations at Haldia plant.
Accordingly, the plant operations at Haldia will resume from 7th July, 2017.
