1. Issue of 47,83,929 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the promoters of the Company under CDR scheme.
2. Appointment of Scrutinizer for the carrying out the postal ballot procedure.
3. Approval of draft of Notice for passing the special resolution through postal ballot by Shareholders of the Company.
4. Appointment of Mr. Arvind Sinha as Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from October 16, 2012. |
