In this connection, we enclose herewith the said Financial Results, the Limited Review Report, the Press Release and the Earnings Presentation for the quarter/half year ended 30th September 2017, which please note are being uploaded on the website of the Bank.
Also, please note that the blackout period which is in-force from 21st September 2017 will end on 19th October 2017 (both days inclusive), consequently, the trading window will commence from 20th October 2017 and will remain in force up to 21st December 2017 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Share Dealing Code, formulated and adopted by the Bank, under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
