| Exchange Disseminated Time | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 08, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on the shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.
Further as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Morarjee Textiles Limited, the "Trading Window" for trading in the securities of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said code will be closed from May 01, 2015 to May 09, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
