(hereinafter referred as "A2Z Green Waste") a direct subsidiary of A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd. and Barclays Bank PLC regarding the outstanding amount of INR 26.65 Crores Approx. (including principle and interest as well as penal interest, if any). In this regard as mutually agreed an amount of INR 4.75 crores shall be payable by A2Z Green Waste TO Barclays Bank as One Time Settlement ("OTS") in lieu of full and final payment of all its principal, interest, future interest, penal interest, other charges etc. |
