| Exchange Disseminated Time | DB International Stock Brokers Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2006 and Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended and Reports of Board of directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Appointment of M/s. Agrawal Dugar & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company to hold office as such from conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
3. Appointment of Mr. B L Chandak and Mr. C M Bahety, as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation. |
