| Exchange Disseminated Time 09/02/2017 14:35:21 | Foseco India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 08, 2017, has recommended the appointment of Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, in place of B S R & Associates LLP, whose term ends at the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The appointment of Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP will be subject to the approval of the Shareholders' at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The term of appointment will be for a period of 5 years, subject to the condition that their appointment as the Statutory Auditors shall be placed for ratification at every Annual General Meeting. |
