M/s. Indu Corporation Pvt. Ltd. before merger was holding 20,000 (2.00%) equity shares of the Company and M/s. Taloja Steel Pvt. Ltd. was holding 41,750 (4.175%) equity shares of the Company. After merger, shares held by M/s. Indu Corporation Pvt. Ltd. in the Company is 61,750 (6.175%) equity shares of the Company. |
