| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat State Financial Corporation has informed BSE that 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on July 31, 2006, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To receive, consider and adopt the Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet of the Corporation for the year ended March 31, 2006 along with auditors report thereon and the report of the Board of Directors.
2. To appoint M/s R S Patel & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad a auditors of the Corporation to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the Conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting as recommended by the RBI and to fix their remuneration. |
