| Exchange Disseminated Time | Times Guaranty Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2005, inter alia, has approved the proposal & passed the resolution for redemption of 2,00,000 (nos) of 8% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (CRPS) of Rs 100/- each of the aggregate value of Rs 200 lacs effective June 29, 2005, subject to the following terms:
1. That the said 2,00,000 Preference Shares shall belong to a lot of 6,00,000 Preference Shares issued on July 02, 2002.
2. That the said redemption would be financed out of the profits of the Company. |
