| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/05/2016 09:22:34 | Anjani Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016 (commenced at 5:00 PM and concluded at 8:00 PM), inter alia, considered and approved the following matters :
1. The Board also approved the proposal of the process of merger of the subsidiary company 'Sai Aditya Foods & Retail Pvt. Ltd.' with 'Anjani Foods Limited'.
2. The Board further approved the appointment of Mr. P. Ranganathan as an Additional Director in an independent capacity for a term of five years subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing AGM. |
