The Company has accepted her resignation at the Board Meeting held on November 14, 2017 and agreed to relieve her from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. close of working hours of December 14, 2017.
Further, at the said Board Meeting the Company has approved the appointment of Mr. Abhishekh Kanoi (ACS: 23547) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f December 15, 2017.
