Consequently, the Company will not be publishing the un-audited financial results for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2016.
In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2017 to February 17, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
