| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kandagiri Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2011 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011 and for the last quarter of 2010-11.
In view of the above, the Company will not be publishing unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2011, but will only be publishing the Audited Financial Results for that period and for the year ended March 31, 2011 after the Board Meeting on March 23, 2011. |
