| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/01/2016 18:57:29 | Omax Autos Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 21, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of the "OMAX Autos’ Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, "Trading Window" shall remain closed from January 14, 2016 to January 24, 2016 (both days inclusive) due to proposed Board Meeting scheduled on January 21, 2016 for consideration & approval of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015.
During the above-mentioned period, all senior/designated persons whether have contractual or fiduciary relation with the Company such as consultants, Auditors, law firms, analysts, accountancy firms, RTA etc. of OMAX Autos Ltd having been assisting or advising Company, not to be involved in any transaction of purchase or sale of the Company's Securities. |
