| Exchange Disseminated Time | Raunaq Automotive Components Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 01, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
- To offer or allot on preferential basis, with or without lock-in-period, to Middleware Development Ltd., (Address: 103, Sham Peng Tong Plaza, Victoria Mahe, Seychelles), up to 10,00,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each @ Rs. 16.25 per share aggregating upto Rs. 1,62,50,000/-, on repatriation or non- repatriation basis, in one or more lots, as the Board thinks fit and to call Application, allotment and call money(ies) in such sums, at price consistent with "Guidelines on Preferential Issue" or other applicable Regulations/Guidelines prescribed by SEBI, RBI or other Regulatory body, as the Board may think fit and proper, subject to necessary provisions and approvals. |
