| Exchange Disseminated Time | Onelife Capital Advisors Ltd has informed BSE that with respect SEBIs ad-interim ex-parte order no.
WTM/PS/IVD/ID-10/44/DEC/11 dated December 28, 2011 the Company had filed an appeal on January 06, 2012 to which Honorable Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) had directed SEBI to pass an appropriate clarification by way of an order within 15 days. In reply to same SEBI has passed clarificatory order dated February 15, 2012. The Company is in the process of filling appeal with SAT with respect to the said clarificatory order.
Hence, the matter will be decided as per the direction of the Honorable Securities Appellate Tribunal. |
