| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/10/2015 16:02:26 | Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on November 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015.
Further, in accordance to the Company's Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from October 31, 2015 till completion of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
