| Exchange Disseminated Time 09/02/2016 15:51:37 | Scandent Imaging Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, has considered after due deliberation approved the following:
1. Formation of entity and or acquiring existing entity as a wholly/partly owned subsidiary (ies)/SPV/ Limited Liability Partnership/ Partnership Firm for opening of new Dental Imaging Centers in Mumbai and any other place in India.
2. Opening of new Dental Imaging Centers in Mumbai and any other place in India directly or indirectly through wholly/partly owned subsidiary (ies)/SPV/ Limited Liability Partnership/ Partnership Firm.
3. Re-appointment of Dr. Gautam Deshpande as Managing Director of the Company.
4. Appointment of Ms. Rachana Shridharani as a Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company.
5. Authorized Dr. Gautam Deshpande - Managing Director of the Company to execute listing agreement with the Stock exchange pursuant to PR No. 226/2015 - SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations). |
