Sub: Applicability of Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (Ind-AS Rules)
With reference to the SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 5, 2016, as per para 2.6.1 of the said circular, in order to facilitate smooth transition during the first year of Ind-AS implementation, a relaxation of one month has been given to the company for submitting the financial result for quarter ended June 30, 2017. In light of same it is informed that the Board Meeting for approval of financial results for quarter ended June 30, 2017 would be convened on or before 14th September 2017, the prior intimation for which shall be provided as per Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
