| Exchange Disseminated Time | Man Infraconstruction Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 02, 2014 to September 05, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Sub-division of 1 (One) Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each into 5 (Five) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) each, Payment of Final Dividend & 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 18, 2014.
Subject to approval of Shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting, the payment of Final Dividend will be made on September 26, 2014. |
