D.P. Reddy, IAS has been appointed as additional Director on the Board w.e.f. 19.05.2017 in place of Sh. Anirudh Tewari, IAS. The copy of the said letter is enclosed. It is being informed that the name of Sh. Anirudh Tewari, IAS has not been deleted from the Website of BSE.
Further, as per Regulation 30(2) under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, it is hereby informed that Sh. D.P. Reddy, IAS has also relinquished the charge of directorship in the capacity of Chairman of our Company on 28.06.2017 (forenoon). Therefore, as on date there is no Chairman of the Company & the same will be informed to BSE as & when new Chairman will be appointed.
