We are submitting the revised financials with below mentioned clarifications.
*We have indicated that the results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 are audited. Regarding your comments that the financial results are not compliant with Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013 as per SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016) dated July 05, 2016, we wish to inform you that we have verified the same and have been unable to identify any discrepancies. Kindly note that for the year ended March 31, 2017, STEL Holdings Ltd. is not required to adopt Ind-AS Rules and hence is required to comply with only Division I of Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013. We have examined the format of our financial results with the requirements and have found them to be in order. In case there are any discrepancies that may have crept it, it may please be brought to our attention for rectification. |
