| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/01/2016 19:43:24 | Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has at its meeting held on January 21, 2016 allotted 57,450 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013).
Further the Company has informed that, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,600,417,056 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 36,004,170,560/-. |
