Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the statement in the prescribed format showing the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2017 alongwith the Limited Review Report of the statutory auditors thereof.
