| Exchange Disseminated Time | Oil Country Tubular Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2014 have approved the following:
1. Re-appointment of Mr. Sridhar Kaminoni as Managing Director for a period of 5 years with effect from October 01, 2014 subject to approval of shareholders’ in the next Annual General Meeting .
2. Pursuant to Section 149(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Sebi Revised Guidelines dated April 17, 2014, Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting hold on July 23, 2014 appointed Mrs. K. Indira Devi as Additional Director (Woman Director) effective from July 23, 2014 subject to approval of the share holders' in the next Annual General Meeting. |
