| Exchange Disseminated Time | Savera Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 22, 2006, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Expansion:
To expand the hoteliering business at Coimbatore City, Tamil Nadu. The project will be implemented at an investment cost of Rs 120 million approximately. The purchase deal and other necessary legal formalities are expected to be completed very shortly.
2. Dividend:
Recommended a dividend of 15% (Rs 1.50 per equity shares) for the financial year 2005-06. |
