| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2016, has approved an Interim Dividend of Rs. 5.50/- [i.e. @ of 275%] per Equity Share on 4,67,28,000 Equity Share of Rs.2/- each of the Company for the F. Y. 2015-16.
The payment/dispatch of dividend Cheques/Demand Drafts will be completed within 30 days of declaration of Interim Dividend i.e. on or before April 11, 2016.
