Mr. Hari Sankaran has resigned as Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Further, Mr. Akberali Moawalla and Mr. Ahmad Dabbous have resigned as Directors of the Company and are appointed as Alternate Directors to Mr. Saleh Moharnad Binladen and Mr. El Mouhtaz El Sawaf respectively. |
