| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indo Tech Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that the following resolutions were approved by a majority of Directors of the Company by circulation on May 18, 2009.
1. The Board noted the transfer of the equity holding of the Promoter Group of the Company of 57,71,625 equity shares comprising 54.35% of the issued equity share capital of the Company to Prolec-GE Internacional,S. DE R.L DE C.V [Prolec-GE].
2. The following Directors were appointed on the Board of the Company with immediate effect.
i. Mr. Jorge Lozano
ii. Mr. Jorge Sepulveda
iii. Mr. Kishore Jayaraman
The following Directors resigned with immediate effect.
i. Mr. P E Subramaniam
ii. Mr. P S Jagdish
iii. Mr. P S Shekar
iv. Mr. P Velayudhan Pillai
