| Exchange Disseminated Time | Munoth Capital Markets Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2012, has transacted the following:
1. The Board had appointed Mr. Mukesh Patel as Independent Director of the Company.
2. Mr. Suresh Jain tendered his resignation.
3. The board had approved the Resignation of Mrs. Smita S. Jain and Mr. Suresh S. Jain however, had not approved resignation of Mr. Shantilal M. Jain from the Company.
4. The Board also approved the purchase of running business of M/s. Deepkala engaged in business of garments relating as going concern. And authorized Mr. Siddharth S. Jain to execute necessary agreements in this regard.
5. The Board had also Approved the sale noncore fixed assets subject to compliance of necessary legal formalities in this regards.
6. The Board had decided to call EGM on March 07, 2012 to consider the business mentioned in the Notice being send to the shareholders. |
