| Exchange Disseminated Time | Pitti Laminations Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 24, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business:-
1. To consider and approve audited financial results for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
2. To consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15.
Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of internal procedure and conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Designated Employee" covered under the said code is closed from April 15, 2015 to April 24, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
